EXTREME TRAINING
Extreme Training is simply the most intense training program you will ever endure.  Its is a combination of cross training, cardio kickboxing circuit training as well as the above listed programs all in one intense hour long workout.
Challenge yourself to this awesome workout if you want quick results.  Extreme Training for the client who wants to not only see quick results, but challenge him or herself to see just how high they can take their fitness levels.
We throw everything we have in our arsenal at you in this workout and we do it at an intensity level higher than any other fitness program we offer.

CORE FITNESS
Thin, slim and tone is all the rage and it all starts with your core.  Pro-Fit Chicago has the most complete core fitness routines and programs to work your entire core, not just your abdominal wall. 

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Cardio Kickboxing is an awesome way to  Punch, kick and scream your way to ultimate fitness. 

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
We can structure Muay Thai Kickboxing for fitness or we can tailor it to a fighting style.  It's an awesome workout either way! 

BOX-FIT
This is an awesome fitness program designed to involve your arms as well as your legs so that you get a total body workout.  Of course we focus on punching, but we also incorporate use of the jump rope, ab bench, agility exercises, core fitness movements and elements of fat burning and toning.  Box-Fit is the very best workout if you want to release some aggression, burn fat, get slim and toned and have a blast!

CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is one of our most functional and effective personal trainer assisted programs.   It focuses on the total body approach to fitness with movements and exercises implemented so as to work the entire body.  Plyometrics, agility, isometrics, weight lifting, functional bodybuilding, cardiovascular endurance, pilates, yoga, cardio kickboxing are just a few of the exercises disciplines you will be performing in this action packed hour of circuit training style cross training.
The idea here is to keep the exercise program fresh and by doing so you are provided with workouts which are constantly changing and always effective.

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS TRAINING
This is our "heart smart" fitness program.  Your heart is the main focus of this fitness endeavor.
We can train you to look great, lose weight or perhaps build muscle.  However, we like to also provide you with the benefits of having a healthy heart.  We train all our clients in this fashion.  it's an added benefit to our style of training.  Elements of Cardiovascular Fitness Training are easily incorporated into every fitness program we offer.

ENDURANCE TRAINING
Endurance Training
is another of our "add on" type of benefits our clients receive when they train with us.  Endurance Training is a part of every fitness program we offer.  We structure our personal trainer assisted programs so that the maximum amount of calories are being burned and in doing do we ensure that you are receiving the proper cardiovascular endurance at the same time.

SELF DEFENSE
Our Self Defense program involves many different aspects and disciplines.  We utilize Judo, Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu and many others to deliver a thorough and complete self defense course.
You will finish this program with the confidence knowing that you can defend yourself in any given dangerous situation.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
Our Sports Specific Training program is great as it allows you to train like a Pro in any given sport.  Perhaps you, yourself are aiming to be a pro or have aspirations in a particular sport.  You need to train sport specific to excel in that sport.
