EXTREME TRAINING
Extreme Training is simply the most intense training program you will ever endure. Its is a combination of cross training, cardio kickboxing circuit training as well as the above listed programs all in one intense hour long workout.

CORE FITNESS

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Cardio Kickboxing is an awesome way to Punch, kick and
scream your way to ultimate fitness.
MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

can structure Muay Thai Kickboxing for fitness or we can tailor it to a fighting style.

BOX-FIT
This is an awesome fitness program designed to
involve your arms as well as your legs so that you get a total body
workout. Of course we focus on punching, but we also incorporate use of
the jump rope, ab bench, agility exercises, core fitness movements and
elements of fat burning and toning. Box-Fit is the very best workout if you want to release some aggression, burn fat, get slim and toned and have a blast!
CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is one of our most functional and effective personal trainer assisted
programs. It focuses on the total body approach to fitness with
movements and exercises implemented so as to work the entire body.
Plyometrics, agility, isometrics, weight lifting, functional
bodybuilding, cardiovascular endurance, pilates, yoga, cardio kickboxing
are just a few of the exercises disciplines you will be performing in
this action packed hour of circuit training style cross training.
The idea here is to keep the exercise program fresh and by doing so you

CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS TRAINING
This is our "heart smart" fitness program. Your heart is the main focus of this fitness endeavor.

Endurance Training is a part of every fitness program we offer. We
structure our personal trainer assisted programs so that the maximum
amount of calories are being burned and in doing do we ensure that you
